No. Many clients are self-diagnosed or "pretty sure." If you've always struggled with follow-through despite being smart and capable, this system was built for you. Formal diagnosis not required.
Most coaching is top-down: mindset, goals, accountability. That works for neurotypical brains.
NeuroDiscipline is bottom-up: we fix your biology first (sleep, movement, fuel), then build systems that work with your ADHD wiring. You can't think your way out of a nervous system that's working against you.
Commit Action is great at accountability and weekly planning. But they're building on whatever foundation you show up with — depleted, dysregulated, running on fumes.
NeuroDiscipline does both at once. From Day 1, we're rebuilding your biological capacity for peak performance WHILE coaching you through real execution challenges.
They coach you to execute. We rebuild your capacity to execute — while coaching you. Big difference.
The system is designed for real life. Daily check-ins take 2 minutes. Habits are portable. Coaching calls can be rescheduled. Flexibility is built in.
Daily habits: 30-60 minutes (sleep routine, movement, nutrition). Check-in: 2 minutes. Coaching calls: 45 minutes weekly or bi-weekly.
This isn't about adding more. It's about rebuilding the foundation so everything else gets easier.
You will. The system is built for that.
NeuroDiscipline is slip-tolerant by design. No streaks. No shame. You miss a day, you start again the next day. Consistency over time, not perfection.
A personal trainer can't do push-ups for you. You have to do the work.
This program works if you work it. But since I can't guarantee you'll do the work, I can't offer a refund.

NeuroDiscipline™ is a 26-week neuroscience-based personal transformation protocol designed to help you master focus, energy, and follow-through.
Phase 1 is 13-weeks focusing on foundation systems, health, focus, and mental health.
It’s not a course; it’s an ecosystem with a structured curriculum, daily check lists, weekly group coaching, bi-weekly 1:1 coaching, and community support. It is a lived system combining habit science, cognitive training, and identity work to help you build deep, sustainable discipline.
The Foundations
The first phase of NeuroDiscipine™ is the 13 week foundation course. You will be shipped a complete full color manual, a 'playbook' for your daily check-ins. In addition, you will gain access to the NeuroDiscipline™ App, access to weekly group calls and our private Discord channel, and 1:1 calls with the founder of NeuroDiscipline™, Adam Tilove.
Through structured daily rituals, lessons on neuroscience, coaching and community support, our members are thriving in almost every endeavour of their lives, from losing weight to gaining strength; from getting better jobs, to achieving their entrepreneurship goals; from improving their outlook on life to improving their relationships.
Phase 1 of the journey unfolds across 3 progressive phases, each building on the last:
1. The Foundations Build structure from the ground up. Establish your Morning Ignition™, Shutdown Sequence™, and baseline metrics for sleep, nutrition, and focus.
2. Momentum Turn action into identity through F.L.E.X. tracking, focus frameworks, and time-design systems.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and accepted participants will receive onboarding details two weeks before the start date.
