When I started, I wasn't sure that anything could change the rut I'd been stuck in, but I knew I was ready for some serious changes-I could not keep living the way I had been. I was chronically exhausted, relying on caffeine to get through the day, and even then, it was like I was going through life asleep. I dreaded waking up every morning and only thought about when I'd be able to sleep again.

I still have a hard time believing it's only been a month! Reflecting on it today, I'm really shocked at the changes I didn't even notice were happening. My bedtime used to be sporadic, I was sure I could not establish good sleep hygiene. I'd wake up several times during the night and not be able to get back to sleep. Now my bedtime is consistent, and I wake up feeling like I've actually slept. My energy levels are way up! I'm productive throughout the day and much more able to be present for my family.


 
I have lost 17 lbs and I have no idea how! I haven’t been miserable like I was when I dieted in the past, the changes have been so small I didn’t realize I was making them. I’ve rediscovered my love for reading and make time for it daily. I had convinced myself that I wasn’t able to read anymore, but, in truth, I was just too distracted. I’m able to focus so much better now!
 
These results are fantastic, tangible, measurable. The most profound change I have made thanks to Adam and his program this, is intangible: I feel hopeful. I see a future. The program has given the framework for success and support I needed to follow through.

"You got this!" Was something I wrote as a pep talk to myself early in the Neurodiscipline program. I didn't really believe it yet, just like you might not believe in yourself. Through making small changes in my lifestyle through Adam Tilove's coaching program, I've made big strides in my life.

I went from spending my days in front of the tv lamenting all the things I couldn't do to doing the things I can. I now work out most days of the week, joined a performance group and accepted my
first part-time job in years.


Neurodiscipline has helped me manage my schedule so that my home life is under control, my task list is accomplished regularly and I've consistently been able to meet my deadlines at work.

Neurodiscpline™ stands out from the overcrowded room of self-help programs because of its pacing and systematic approach. It relies on a digestible pacing that lets baby steps turn into identity change, and when you look back you realize that 1000 baby steps make quite a journey.

The week-to-week adaption of the program, where you grow in a new area every 7 days, allows change to happen at a pace that's sustainable, and the cohort model, where you're part of a team rather than a lone-wolf, let's support happen naturally, where you know you're not alone and that there's a group of people going through this with you every step of the way.

Adam's problem-solving skills during his coaching sessions have given me the tools to improve multiple areas of my life. He knows the right questions to ask and areas to explore to help me realize that I already know what I need to do to accomplish my goals. Already in our limited time together, I've seen noticeable results working towards physical fitness goals. Building habits and routines is a key part of the early phases in the program. Unlike many other programs, NeuroDiscipline recognizes that everyone is human and will have setbacks. You might think, like I did, that you already have a full schedule and won't be able to fit the program into your busy life. With a full-time job, family, and social commitments, I was skeptical. The great thing is that it is totally doable.
